My therapeutic style is nurturing, collaborative, and creative. I often employ evidence-based mindfulness techniques to help reduce stress and treat symptoms of anxiety, panic, and depression.

I utilize Eastern practices in conjunction with Western therapeutic techniques. This has been successful in assisting clients to let go of old patterns, trust instincts, and increase connection to the mind, body, and heart.
